About Padraic Gallagher
Padraic is a real estate enthusiast whose career started on the construction side of the business. As an estimator and then project manager for NYC based McGovern & Company, he gained valuable experience in high end home renovation as well as commercial construction.Padraic's career highlights include numerous NYC high end residential renovations including Derek Jeter's residence in Trump World Tower. Padraic also spearheaded large scale commercial construction projects such as the Crate & Barrel Flagship store in SoHo, Ted Baker store and showroom and many multi-floor office build outs for Newmark Group, Cushman & Wakefield, SL Green Property Group and many more.
In 2004, Padraic left the NYC construction industry and took over the role as marketing manager at Prudential Castle Point Realty. He earned his broker's license in 2009 and was promoted to Supervising Broker.
Padraic is now the Broker of Record at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and is focused on providing his clients with professional service that is levels above the rest. He is a tech guru and creative entrepreneur that embraces industry innovation. Padraic's current focus is on agent selection and development, as well as working with builders to design, market and sell both new and rehab construction projects.
